Jose Mourinho is weighing up a potential move to bring Nice midfielder Jean Seri to Manchester United with United feeling “bullish” in the transfer market following their successful swoop for Arsenal striker Alexis Sanchez.
Mourinho is pushing hard to sign Seri but it remains unclear whether the Red Devils will sign the versatile midfielder in January or the summer. The Red Devils manager is thought to have made strengthening his midfield options a top priority following the recruitment of Sanchez.

The Ivory Coast international was one of Ligue 1’s standout performers last season but his failed to materialise. Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool have all been linked with a potential swoop to sign Seri over the past 12 months or so. Seri scored seven goals and made nine assists in 34 games in Ligue 1 in the 2016-17 season to earn interest from Spanish side Barcelona.
